With Easter done and dusted but Anzac Day still to come, many students took a few extra days off and made it a full 10 day break. With this in mind, we ran a ‘special’ night for those who attended. Students were introduced to a new footwork style which allowed them to create some interesting combinations to add to their existing footwork. Additionally, we introduced timing training and a little revision of last terms ‘Beyond the Basics’ class. We rounded it all off with a little Lindy Hop to get students warmed up for the drive home….
Our normal classes will start next week so don’t worry too much if you missed this class as we’ll do it again at a later date.
Just remember that class times have changed to fit in a ‘Specialist’ class at 8:30pm. Beyond the Basics now starts first at 6:30pm and Intro class at 7:30pm with Lindy Hop as the Specialist class finishing off the night.
